Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We accept, appreciate, and encourage custom orders

Please visit our custom orders page for more information

The sooner you order the better, that way there are no chances of your package not arriving in time

For Thanksgiving, order by Thursday, November 13th

For Christmas, order by Monday, December 8th

These are suggested dates to order by, we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in time (I do not control the United States Postal Service)

All products come with care instructions in their packaging

You can also find the care instructions in each product description

It's best when possible to spot clean, to maintain the integrity of the product

Most products are machine washable if placed in lingerie bag or pillowcase and set on delicates

****Please be sure to check care instructions on each product before placing in the washing machine****

We do not have a physical location

However, you can find Cuddle Me Close Crochet products in the shop at Locust Grove Historic Site in Poughkeepsie, NY

We also attend in person markets and events, especially in the fall and winter

Processing time is the time it takes to make and prepare your order to be shipped

Shipping time is the time it takes to be shipped and delivered

Due to the handmade nature of our products, along with the fact that most products are made to order, we do not encourage returns

Our goal is for all of our customers to be happy

If you are unhappy with your order, we want to hear about it, after all it's the only way we can fix the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again
