Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We accept, appreciate, and encourage custom orders

All products come with care instructions in their packaging

You can also find the care instructions in each product description

It's best when possible to spot clean, to maintain the integrity of the product

Most products are machine washable if placed in lingerie bag or pillowcase and set on delicates

We do not have a physical location

However, we do attend in person markets and events, especially in the fall and winter

Processing time is the time it takes to make and prepare your order to be shipped

Shipping time is the time it takes to be shipped and delivered

Due to the handmade nature of our products, along with the fact that most products are made to order, we do not encourage returns

Our goal is for all of our customers to be happy

If you are unhappy with your order, we want to hear about it, after all it's the only way we can fix the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again
